MCP server
Ask your own AI
Radar is an MCP server, so Claude or ChatGPT can search it for you. Your AI reads every post Radar has kept, not only the last 30 days on these pages. It is free and needs no sign-in.
The URL
https://radar.buyerfinder.run/mcp
Add it to your AI
- Claude: Settings, Connectors, add a custom connector, paste the URL.
- ChatGPT (Plus or Pro): turn on Developer mode under Settings, Connectors, Advanced. Then create a connector with the URL and no authentication.
- Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http buyerfinder-radar https://radar.buyerfinder.run/mcp
The menu names in Claude and ChatGPT change from time to time.
What to ask
- "Which CRMs are people asking to leave, and why?"
- "Find posts asking for a standing desk under $400."
- "How many people asked for a password manager each week?"
- "Which tags grew the most in the last two weeks?"
What your AI can do
search_requestsfinds posts by words, category, tag, platform and date, newest first.count_requestscounts the same posts, in total or by day, week, month, category, tag or platform.get_requestreads one post.list_categoriesandlist_tagslist what Radar sorts posts into, with how many posts each has.trendsgives the rising tags, the products people want to leave, and the most requested tags and categories.
What it sees, and the limits
- The same as these pages: a short excerpt of each post and a link to the original. No usernames.
- Every post Radar has kept, from late September 2026 on.
- Read only. Your AI cannot change anything.
- 25 posts a call, and 200 calls a day from one address.
- The counts follow the subreddits and X searches Radar reads, described on the How it works page, not the whole market.
