Around $1,500 budget... is the helokeep cd20 worth it for school runs and groceries?

Looking for an e bike mainly to drop my kid off at school and pick up groceries on the way back. my biggest issue with a regular ebike is once you put a child seat on the back, where are all the grocery bags supposed to go lol... So that's how i ended up looking at longtail carg…

Beginner road bike - 70.3
